Incorrect
order or
damaged
goods :
If you receive goods that have been damaged in shipping,
or If you have received an incorrect order simply call us and
arrange to return it within 14 days. Humperbumper will send
out an exchange immediately and refund the shipping expense
to mail it back to us.
Other
returns:
If you wish to return goods for any other reason than the above,
all returned goods are accepted but must be undamaged. A full
refund will be given for the cost of the item/s returned, however,
Shipping will not be refunded for this type of returned goods.
Custom
printed returns:
We cannot offer custom order refunds. However, if a custom order
was incorrect or not to your liking for any reason we will replace
the order after establishing what we can do to satisfy your
needs. If you accepted a proof (online or printed) then wish
to return an order for refund (for reasons other than print
quality), unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
