Refund policy

Returns:
If you wish to return goods, all returned goods (except custom print orders) are accepted but must be undamaged. A full refund will be given for the cost of the items returned, however, Shipping cannot be refunded. Orders over $200.00 will have a 10% restocking fee. This is because bigger orders typically have a large selection of different stickers, it takes a lot of time to compile these orders and then return them all to inventory.

Incorrect order or damaged goods:
If you receive goods that have been damaged in shipping, or If you have received an incorrect order simply call us and arrange to return it within 14 days for a complete refund or exchange.

Custom printed returns:
We cannot offer refunds on custom printed orders. However, if a custom order was printed incorrectly, we will reprint the order after establishing what was printed incorrect. If you previously accepted a proof (online or printed) then wish to return an order for refund, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

International orders:
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is a necessary factor of ordering from overseas. We do not apply these international taxes at the time of purchase.
